My biggest hope is that you’ll find your next favorite book here! Reason being my writing style is meant to make you fall in love and encourage critical thinking. I love to write with a lot of imagery. Therefore, everything I write can be taken in 2 (or more) different ways. I understand the beauty of words and that everyone is going to gather a different concept from the same text. So I purposefully write with that intention. My books will reach out to a variety of people. Some may read a story of mine and think of it in a sexual context, while others may relate it back to their love life with a stranger. Regardless a message will get across and allow a connection to build. Through Quintessence and VERxanity, there are messages throughout the books that will all encourage, inciteful and beautiful thoughts later. With that said, enjoy your new favorite book and author!

Truly, we all have quintessence and it flows effortlessly through everything we do. That alone is the reason some of us move in remarkable ways or dazzle our alluring traits for the world to see. So, who and what do you represent? What type of love will you allow? Most importantly, what is your quintessence?

I loved this book 😊🙌🏾 Sooo authentic, so relatable, and so eye opening. There were parts I teared up on and cried on. It’s so easy to go through your own experiences with anxiety and depression, and feel alone or like no one really gets you. But reading this shows that there are others going through the same as you, in different ways and circumstances or exactly the same. That no one's pain is as important or more valid over another. We all have to work hard to overcome our anxiety, fears, depression, it’s hard for pretty much everyone who experiences it. But it also brings contrast to our lives, life is not perfect, easy, or fair, but we can focus on healing, our blessings, and self-love to help get us through. That’s what I’ve learned from this book. I can’t wait to read any of her future books, really loved this one.

Okay Shan I finally finished your book and I must say I was feeling so down in the dumps today. I started off where I left off and the first page said I started back on was "ALWAYS KNOW". It put me in a better mood. I started feeling like you were talking exactly to me. Exhale, Always Know, Time to Glow, Time, and Stan were my favorites. The rest of the book put me in a great mood, truly uplifted me, and made me snap back to who I'm becoming. I can call this book "Guidelines to Greatness," and " Uplifting the Gifter."
